When are the payments due?
Your first payment is due at the time of purchase, or two weeks after your purchase. Payments are due every two weeks.

Can I return a purchase I made through Shop Pay Installments?
Yes. If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
Please email us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Anything over 30 days is considered wear and tear.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZING CHART?
We have a sizing guide located on each product page and all of our products fit very true to size so you can’t go wrong with your normal size! If you are in between sizes, the best bet would be to size up.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND IF MY ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD IS NO LONGER ACTIVE?
We are only able to refund the original payment method for security and privacy reasons. Your financial institution should have measures in place to reroute the funds to a new card. We recommend contacting your financial institution to verify how this process works!
WHY DON’T YOU HAVE A CART HOLD?
We do not have a cart hold feature on our website as we've tried it in the past and it led to website crashes due to our high website traffic. After much testing, our technical team decided it's best to not have a cart hold.
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY GEAR?
We always recommend washing your gear on delicates with cold water. Hang dry them afterwards to prevent potential fraying/pilling. Also, to prevent snagging, we suggest not washing them with other clothing items that may contain zippers or other forms of sharp objects as this can cause the material to snag or tear.
